Hi,
it has been some time since I updated on the blog, but here’s a little post,
just to share some of my thoughts and feelings.
Yesterday was the first day of our bazaar at SMU.
The feeling was analogous to artistes having their first ever performance,
it is like the artistes first time waiting at the backstage,
feeling really nervous about how the response would be and worrying that the sales would be poor or customers wouldn’t come!
Phew, was so glad that the first day went well!
Lots of our own customers came after 6pm and thanks so much for the support!
Some of you even came in HYPE’s apparels and it was such a pleasure looking at you girls in the outfits.
There was this particular girl who looked really awesome in Confetti Prints. (sorry, I forgot to ask for your name!)
It was really kind of messy at the end as there are quite alot of people and it’s our first time handling such an event. Couldn’t deal with the money changing and looking for stocks part! AH!
Shall get more helpers in future!
Thanks for the encouraging words on our designs,
it serves as a boost to our confidence and will make us work harder towards producing more pretty designs.
It’s great to have come thus far with your support,
Although it’s really hard work lugging the pieces to and fro and arranging them,
we’ve enjoyed ourselves very much!
We hope you like the rock candies given out yesterday and today!
